Thank you for shopping with Bharatsastra. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refunds for Physical Books:

We offer refunds on physical book purchases within 5-7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

– The book must be in its original condition, unopened, and with no signs of wear or damage.
– You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
– Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Once we receive the returned item and it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund, excluding any shipping fees, within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Returns for Digital Download Products:

Due to the nature of digital download products, we do not generally offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues with your download or believe there was an error in your purchase, please contact our customer support team at contact@bharatsastra.com within 3 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

3. Refunds for Purohit Bookings:

a. Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order or reschedule your booking. Our refund policy for bookings is as follows:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 5 days before the scheduled date and time of the event.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between 4 days and 2 days before the scheduled date and time of the event, you will be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on our discretion.
  • No Refund: If you cancel your booking within 1 days of the scheduled date and time of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund.

b. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request and process the refund if you are eligible, within 3 business days.

c. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the booking. Please allow 5-7 bank days for the refund to reflect in your account.

d. Event Cancellation by Bharatsastra.com

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund to the customer. We will make every effort to reschedule the event to a convenient date and time.

4. Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for either physical or digital products at this time. If you receive a defective physical book, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order for physical books before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow our return policy.
